About Me
I am a strategic and empathetic experience design leader with a strong understanding of the product creation process. I truly enjoy leading a team and helping designers grow. I’ve realized that over the years, I’ve always been in some sort of teaching or training role and look to grow this skill more in the coming years. I love to strategize and am passionate about understanding the user’s needs. I believe in clear communication and facilitating collaborative design sessions to find solutions.
I also have a background in product development, account management, business ownership and project management.
My leadership style is about leading with authenticity and empathy while helping others grow. I focus on creating a culture of trust and belonging where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
